This can, for example, be data that you enter within the scope of the product configuration, such as the names of customised designs, or the data that you enter when you complete a contact form.

When you visit our website, other data is collected by our IT systems either automatically or after you have consented to its collection. These are primarily technical details (e.g. internet browser, operating system or time of website access). This data is collected automatically as soon as you access this website.

1.1 What ist personal data processed for (purpose)?

Some of the data is collected in order to be able to guarantee that the website works properly.

Some of it is necessary to be able to run the integrated product and further design planner on your IT system and browser.

When you visit this website, your browsing behaviour statistics may be analysed. This is primarily done with the aid of analysis programmes.

1.2 Data recipients

Within the scope of the planning process, the planning data entered by you may be transmitted to our local specialist retailers.

It is not transmitted to third, non-EU countries.

1.3 Legal basis for the processing

The legal basis for the processing of the personal data as described is your consent according to Article 6 (1) (a) of the EU GDPR with regard to the collection of your personal data, or Article 6 (1) (b) of the EU GDPR with regard to the creation of offer documents and the subsequent contract fulfilment.

1.4 Actual retention period

Provided no more specific retention period is stated elsewhere in this data privacy policy, we will retain your personal data until the data processing purpose no longer applies. If you assert your right to ask us to erase your data or withdraw your consent to the processing of this data, your data will be erased, provided there are no other legally valid reasons for the retention of your personal data (e.g. retention periods stipulated by tax or commercial law); in the latter case, the erasure will be effected once these reasons no longer apply.

1.5 Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel (withdraw) your consent to the processing of your data at any time. A withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data carried out prior to the withdrawal of your consent. The personal data will be erased on receipt of your consent withdrawal.
