With ASSMANN Circular, we expand our range of services with a circular offering for modern working environments. Our goal is to create furnishing concepts that conserve resources, keep materials in circulation and make sustainability tangible in everyday office life.

The three pillars of ASSMANN Circular

ReBuy stands for the take-back of used furniture following inspection and analysis. Reusable furniture or individual components are returned to the cycle and find new areas of application. Elements that can no longer be used are separated by material type and disposed of professionally.

ReFurbish covers the professional refurbishment of furniture. Through careful processing, high-quality second-life products are created that are ready for reuse.

 

ReSell brings refurbished furniture back to the market. Fully functional, tested and resource-efficient, these products help preserve the value of existing resources and reduce environmental impact.

 

We take a holistic view of sustainability – from take-back and refurbishment to the reuse of furniture. In this way, we extend product life cycles and make circular economy principles tangible in the office environment.

Initial projects already demonstrate how the concept works: furniture that was previously taken out of use is now finding its way into new working environments – refurbished, tested and with a significantly lower CO₂ footprint.

A holistic approach to sustainable working environments

ASSMANN Circular complements the service portfolio of 4ROOMS Workplace Consulting by adding the aspect of circular economy and operates as an independent business unit within ASSMANN. The idea emerged from the Circular Office research project and the growing demand from companies for sustainable solutions for existing furniture. The result is a practical offering that combines research, consulting and implementation.

With the structured consulting approach of ASSMANN 4ROOMS Workplace Consulting, future-proof and sustainable concepts are developed that are tailored to the individual needs of an organization and are “circular-ready” from the very beginning. Research partnership Circular.Office

Within the Circular.Office research program, ASSMANN works together with partners from academia and industry to develop strategies for circular office concepts. The findings flow directly into ASSMANN Circular and promote resource-efficient design of modern working environments.

ASSMANN Circular therefore makes an active contribution to advancing the circular economy and enables companies to put sustainable action into practice – for innovative, responsible and future-ready work environments.
